Born in Uruguay and grown up in Italy, Gianfranco Macciomei moved in 1997 to Germany.
The Aerospace engineer is specialized in security systems for aircraft and has been responsible for technical projects, deadlines and budgets of hundreds of millions of Euros in several companies.
Through his experience he can precisely assess the issues within an organization and define practical solutions. Besides operational deployment, he offers also training and coaching, to support you achieving your targets in an efficient and sustainable manner
